Notice is hereby given that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(2) of and paragraph 1A of Schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972 has made Regulations entitled –
The Meat (Official Controls Charges) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009
The Regulations will come into operation on 27th September 2009. Copies of these Regulations may be purchased from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GD in due course.
