Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 26(7) and 27 of Schedule 6 to the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 has made an Order entitled:
The Pension Protection Fund (Pension Compensation Cap) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R. 2006 No. 50).
