THE SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTIONS AND BENEFITS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ACT 1992
Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 122(1)(d), 132(3) and (4), 132A and 171(1) and (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and now vested in it and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel, the Department for Social Development has made regulations entitled: The Housing Benefit (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 (S.R. 2004 No. 47).
