This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. For the removal of Darren Edwards as liquidator. 2. For the appointment of Kevin Goldfarb of Griffins. 3. That a Liquidation Committee will not be established. 4. That the costs incurred in convening the meeting rank as an expense of the liquidation.
