Notice is hereby given that on Monday 20 April 2026, at 15:41 a Petition was presented to Craig at Paisley Sheriff Court at 3 St. James Street, Paisley PA3 2HL by CASTLE WATER LIMITED, 1 Boat Brae, Rattray, Blairgowrie PH10 7BH (the Petitioner) craving the Court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up TAB PATCH LIMITED (Company Number: SC726636) having its registered office at 8 Gordon Street, Paisley PA1 1XE, in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated Monday 20 April 2026 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette; ordained the said TAB PATCH LIMITED and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley Sheriff Court at 3 St. James Street, Paisley PA3 2HL within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
