Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors for the purpose of a special resolution: that the Company be wound up voluntarily and an ordinary resolution: to appoint Antoinette Thorpe (IP No 9673) of Artemis Insolvency Services Limited a licensed insolvency practitioner as liquidator. The meeting will be held at 25 Church Road, Holywood BT18 9BU on 02 December 2025, at 10:30.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs with Antoinette Thorpe at Artemis Insolvency Services Limited, Forthriver Business Park, 385 Springfield Road, Belfast, Antrim BT12 9DG by no later than 12:00 on 01 December 2025.

The liquidator will treat any debts of £1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the liquidator that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 12:00 on 01 December 2025.

Any creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof by 12:00 on 01 December 2025.
