A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 33 West Borough, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 1LT presented on the 28 March 2024 by GUY’S PLANT HIRE LIMITED whose Registered Office is at Unit K Longmeadow Industrial Estate, Ringwood Road Three Legged Cross, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 6RD claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on the 14th day of May 2024 at 10.00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard).
