A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at Coleridge House, 5-7a Park Street, Slough, SL1 1PE presented by GIANT TRADING COMPANY LIMITED (In Liquidation) whose registered address is at Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 3 January 2024 and will be heard in the High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday, 14 February 2024 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).
