A Petition to restore and wind-up the above-named Company of 28 Willows Road, Walsall, WS1 2DR presented on the 9 August 2023 by Lime and Black BPS Limited (In Liquidation), (acting by its Joint Liquidators, Mr. Steven Illes and Mr. Manjit Shokar) of Macintyre Hudson LLP of 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on the 20th September 2023 at 10:30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on the 19th September 2023.
