A Petition to wind up the above-named company Tara Williams Investments Ltd of Spring Court, Spring Road, Hale WA14 2UQ whose nature of business is financial intermediaries, presented on 11 October 2022 by LOFTUS CONSTRUCTION LIMITED of 17 Alverston Park, Middlewich Road, Nantwich, Cheshire CW5 6PF claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice in Manchester, Civil Justice Centre,1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday the 29 November 2022 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
