Notice is hereby given by Janice Halladay, Director of the Company (the “convener”), that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above named Company is to be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP, on 23 August 2019, at 2.00 pm. This meeting is being held for the purpose of appointing liquidators of the Company under section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986; where two or more liquidators are appointed, in accordance with section 231 of the Insolvency Act 1986, confirming that any acts can be done by any one or more of them; resolving that a liquidation committee will not be established, unless sufficient valid nominations are received by the convener, in writing, by the decision date; approving payment of the costs of assisting in convening the decision procedure and is a physical meeting requested by crediters under section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986. Creditors can participate in the meeting in person and vote. If you cannot participate, or do not wish to participate, but wish to vote at the meeting, you can either nominate a person to participate on your behalf, or you may nominate the chairman of the meeting, who will be the liquidator of the Company, to vote on your behalf. Proxies can be submitted to the conveners at the above address in advance or at the creditors’ meeting.
