Notice is hereby given that on 21 November 2016, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dunfermline Sheriff Court by Moncrieff Properties Limited, craving the Court, inter alia, that Moncrieff Properties Limited, having its registered office at 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PB be wound up by the Court and that Mr Richard Gardiner, Insolvency Practitioner, Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PB be appointed as interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 21 November 2016 ordained any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Dunfermline Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement all of which notice is hereby given.
