The Beacon (No.1) Limited Partnership

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Beacon Endoscopic LLC has transferred to United States Surgical Corporation all of the interest held by it in The Beacon (No.1) Limited Partnership (the “ Partnership ”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP014578. Accordingly, Beacon Endoscopic LLC has ceased to be a limited partner and United States Surgical Corporation has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
