At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Marmion House, 3 Copenhagen Street, Worcester, WR1 2HB on 06 March 2014 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Michael McConnell and Andrew Stephen McGill, both of Smith & Williamson LLP, Marmion House, 3 Copenhagen Street, Worcester, WR1 2HB, (IP Nos 7802 and 9350) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation for the purposes of such winding up.”
