Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 21st January 2014, upon the application of Avner Radomsky (“the Applicant”), Salman Saud (IP Number 6042) was removed, as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedules below and Avner Radomsky (IP Number 12290) of Saud & Company Limited, Leigh House, 7 Station Approach, Bexleyheath, Kent DA7 4QP (telephone 020 8304 0609 ) was appointed as Office Holder in his place with immediate effect.

Any Creditor who objects to the Order, or any other person affected by it, may make an application to the Court on notice to the Applicant within 28 days of the date of this advertisement for the purposes of varying or discharging the Order in so far as it affects the estate or estates of which they are a creditor.
