(CLOCK HOUSE AREA, BECKENHAM – ADDITIONS TO CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE 3)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley hereinafter called “the Council” on 4th February 2014 made the above-mentioned Orders under section 6, 45, 46 and 49 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other powers enabling, which will come into operation on 17th February 2014.
The effect of the Orders will be to continue indefinitely the waiting restrictions, permit parking places and free parking places as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
The Notice of Making of the above Orders in experimental form published in the News Shopper and The London Gazette on 15th August 2012 contained a statement that the Council would be considering in due course whether the provisions of the experimental Orders should be continued in force indefinitely. The Council has carefully considered and has decided that they should be so continued.
A copy of the Orders and the Experimental Orders can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive in the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley.
Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

RESIDENTS PERMIT PARKING PLACES
Permit holders only between 10am and 12noon on Mondays to Fridays inclusive:-
BALGOWAN ROAD, Beckenham, (a) the north west side (approx 16 parking spaces), from the party wall of Nos. 4 & 6 south westwards to a point 10m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Cromwell Road; (b) the south east side (approx 26 parking spaces), from the north eastern flank wall of No. 1 south westwards to a point 1.5m south west of the south western flank wall of No. 45.
