THE NEWHAM (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. 46) ORDER 2014

VARIOUS ROADS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF NEWHAM

• 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Newham on 3 February 2014 made the above mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
• 2 The general effect of the Order will be to introduce new waiting restrictions operating ‘at any time’ (double yellow lines) in the vicinity of the junctions and lengths of roads shown in the Schedule to this Notice.
• 3 A copy of the Order, which will come into force on 10 February 2014, and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, are available for inspection during normal office hours on Monday to Friday inclusive at Newham Dockside, 1000 Dockside Road E16 2QU for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
• 4 If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions contained therein on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
