THE HAVERING (FREE PARKING PLACES) (NO.2) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201*
- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
- 2 The effect of the Waiting & Loading Restriction Order would be to:
- a impose waiting restrictions, operative at any time, on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1A to this Notice;
- b impose waiting restrictions, operative between 8 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1B to this Notice;
- c impose waiting restrictions, operative between 8 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1C to this Notice.
- 3 The effect of the Free Parking Places Order would be to designate parking places, operative at any time, on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice where vehicles may wait free of charge without time limit.
- 4 Copies of the proposed Orders, of the Orders being amended, together with the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and plans showing the locations and effects of the Orders can be inspected until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at Traffic & Parking Control, StreetCare, Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford, Essex RM1 3SL.
- 5 Any person desiring to object to the proposals or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection or representations and the grounds thereof to the Group Manager, Traffic & Parking Control, StreetCare, Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, Essex, RM1 3BB, quoting reference LBH/735 to arrive by 28 February 2014.

Fairfield Avenue
- a both sides
- i between the northern kerb-line of Park Drive and a point 10 metres north of that kerb-line;
- ii between the southern kerb-line of Springfield Gardens and a point 10 metres south of that kerb-line;
- b the west side, between a point 10 metres north of the northern kerb-line of The Shrubbery and a point 10 metres south of the southern kerb-line of The Shrubbery.
Maple Avenue, both sides, between the southern kerb-line of South View Drive and a point 10 metres south of that kerb-line.
Oak Avenue, both sides, between the southern kerb-line of South View Drive and a point 10 metres south of that kerb-line.
South View Drive
- a the south side, between a point 10 metres west of the western kerb-line of Maple Avenue and a point 10 metres east of the eastern kerb-line of Maple Avenue;
- b the south side, between a point 10 metres west of the western kerb-line of Oak Avenue and a point 10 metres east of the eastern kerb-line of Oak Avenue.
SCHEDULE 1B
Fairfield Avenue
- a the east side, between a point 10 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Springfield Gardens and a point 10 metres north of the northern kerb-line of Park Drive;
- b the west side,
- i between a point 10 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Springfield Gardens and a point 10 metres north of the northern kerb-line of The Shrubbery;
- ii between a point 10 metres south of the southern kerb-line of The Shrubbery and a point 48 metres north of the northern kerb-line of Park Drive.
SCHEDULE 1C
Beech Avenue, both sides, between a point 10 metres south of the southern kerb-line of South View Drive and a point 10 metres north of the northern kerb-line of Gaynes Park Road.
South View Drive
- a the north side, between the eastern kerb-line of Elm Avenue and the common boundary of Nos. 58 and 60 South View Drive;
- b the south side
- i between a point 10 metres west of the western kerb-line of Beech Avenue and a point 10 metres east of the eastern kerb-line Oak Avenue;
- ii between a point 10 metres west of the western kerb-line of Oak Avenue and a point 10 metres east of the eastern kerb-line of Maple Avenue.
SCHEDULE 3
Fairfield Avenue, the west side, from a point 10 metres north of the northern kerb-line of Park Drive extending northward for a distance of 38 metres.
