STOPPING UP OF AN AREA OF HIGHWAY RUNNING THROUGH LOWER TANBRIDGE HOUSE SCHOOL, HORSHAM, WEST SUSSEX

TAKE NOTICE that the West Sussex County Council intends to apply to the Crawley Magistrates Court under Section 116 Highways Act 1980 for the stopping up of an area of highway measuring approximately 280 metres long, running through the grounds to the south of the Lower Tanbridge House School, Horsham on the ground that it is unnecessary.

The application is to be heard on Wednesday 5th March 2014 at 10.00am in the Crawley Magistrates’ Court.

The effect of the Order sought will be to prevent all traffic over the land for the purposes of identification only shown on the plan which may be inspected free of charge at the Public Library, Lower Tanbridge Way, Horsham, RH12 1PJ during normal library opening hours.
