At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV1 4EG on 22 January 2014 at 11.00am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that P D Masters and C A Beighton, both of Leonard Curtis, Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB, (IP Nos 8262 and 9556) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
