Notice is given that Martin Neil Duncombe on 31 August 2008 retired from the partnership Rootes & Alliott/TRS Miller, carrying on business as a solicitor at 27 Cheriton Gardens, Folkestone, Kent CT20 2AR and 52 High Street, Hythe, Kent CT21 5JG. All debts due to and owing by the firm will be received and paid by the remaining partners, who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the style and name Rootes & Alliott/TRS Miller.
