Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 December 2013, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority transferred to Limpart Holdings Limited 100% of the interest held by it in Doughty Hanson & Co V LP No. 1 being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP11712 (the “Partnership”), and on that date Limpart Holdings Limited was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
