Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 31 December 2013 UniCredit Bank AG transferred the whole of its interest in Lion Capital Fund II, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with number LP011895 (the “Partnership”), including its capital contribution of €100.00, to SwanCap Opportunities Fund, SCS-SIF. Accordingly, with effect from that date, SwanCap Opportunities Fund, SCS-SIF was admitted as a limited partner to the Partnership and UniCredit Bank AG ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
