Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on 31 December 2013 Brevan Howard Master Fund Limited transferred part of its interest in NEO Capital Private Equity Fund I LP (the “ Partnership ”), to the entities set out below:

• KSF I Master L.P;

• Industriens Pensionsforsikring A/S

• Adveq Secondaries II L.P.

• Monte Rosa Opportunities SICAV-SIF

• Pictet Private Equity Investors SA

and consequently, on that date:

• KSF I Master L.P became a limited partner in the Partnership with a capital contribution of €70.00;

• Industriens Pensionsforsikring A/S became a limited partner in the Partnership with a capital contribution of €70.00;

• Adveq Secondaries II L.P. became a limited partner in the Partnership with a capital contribution of €70.00;

• Monte Rosa Opportunities SICAV-SIF became a limited partner in the Partnership with a capital contribution of €42.00

• Pictet Private Equity Investors SA became a limited partner in the Partnership with a capital contribution of €28.00

and Brevan Howard Master Fund Limited continued to be a partner in the Partnership with a capital contribution of €70.00.
