NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Gatwick Airport Limited propose to make the above Order in exercise of powers under Sections 1(1&3), 2 (1,4&5), 3(2), 4(1-2), 5(1), 64(1-4), 65(1), 66(1), 67(1-3), 68(2), 69(1-3), 74, 95(1, 3-7) and 96 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedures) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996.The effect of this Order is to apply the following access restrictions to the lengths of roads as listed below:

These proposals are required in order to maintain the safety of road users, to preserve the amenities of the area and enable effective enforcement of the public road network at Gatwick Airport.

Deposited documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Gatwick Airport Limited, 5th Floor, Destinations Place, South Terminal, Gatwick Airport, West Sussex, RH6 0NP.

Any person(s) wishing to object or make other representations relating to this Order must do so within 21 days from the date on which this notice of proposals is published. In the event of such an objection, it should be made in writing, it should state the grounds on which it is made, and it should be sent to the Deposited documents address given above.
