NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF AN INSOLVENT COMPANY OF THE RE-USE OF A PROHIBITED NAME

On 3 December 2013, Prime Scaffold Design Limited was placed into insolvent liquidation. I, Terry Shiel of 9, Hollydene, Carlton Drive, Peckham, London SE15 2UG, was a Director of Prime Scaffold Design Limited during the 12 months ending with the day before the date of liquidation. Pursuant to Legislation section: Rule 4.228 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986, I give notice that it is my intention to act in one or more of the ways specified in Legislation section: section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the name PSD (South-East) Limited.
