Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 2 December 2013, Unicredit Bank AG transferred to SwanCap Opportunities Fund, SCS-SIF, 100% of the interest held by it in CEP II AIV Z L.P. being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP013709 (the “ Partnership ”), and on that date SwanCap Opportunities Fund, SCS-SIF was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Unicredit Bank AG ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
