2 We, Nicholas Adam Phipps of 14 The Drive, West Lodge, Burley in Wharfedale LS29 7AQ, Stuart Hogg of 191 Oakwood Lane, West Yorkshire LS8 2PB and Amar Bhanabhai of 8 Ederoyd Mount, Stanningley, Pudsey LS28 7QX were Directors of the above-named Company on the day it entered administration.
