NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for the appointment of joint liquidators of MICHAEL WILSON & PARTNERS, Ltd. (“the Company”) of Craigmuir Chambers, PO Box 71, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, by Holman Fenwick Willan LLP at the High Court of Justice was on 22 November 2013 filed at the said Court c/o Ogier, Ritter House, Wickham’s Cay II, PO Box 3170, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, VG1110.

Any creditor or contributory of the Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said application may appear at the hearing at the BVI High Court on 16 December 2013 by himself or his counsel for that purpose and a copy of the application will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge.
