Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary General Partner I Limited as general partner acting for and on behalf of AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary Fund I L.P. has transferred its entire interest held in BC European Capital VII-10, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP007759 (the “Partnership”), to Strategic Partners V Investments L.P. (which was known as CS Strategic Partners V Investments L.P. at the time of the transfer) of 11 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10010, which has become a limited partner in the Partnership, and AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary General Partner I Limited as general partner acting for and on behalf of AGC Equity Partners Private Equity Secondary Fund I L.P. has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
