Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Joint Liquidators have summoned a final general meeting of the company’s creditors which shall receive the liquidator’s report of the winding up, and shall determine whether the Joint Liquidators should have release under section 174 of said Act.
