I, Nimish Chandrakant Patel, was appointed the Administrator of the Company on 17 September 2012, and subsequently, pursuant to paragraph 83(1) of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986, I was appointed Liquidator of the Company on 9 April 2013.

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a Second Dividend to creditors of the above company by no later than two months from the date of the final submission of claims.

Creditors who have not yet submitted their claims are required to send in their full names and addresses, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to me at Re10 (London) Limited, Albemarle House, 1 Albemarle Street, London, W1S 4HA. If so required by notice in writing from me, creditors whether personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims before 10 December 2013, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
