In accordance with section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Deed of transfer dated 12 November 2013, David Lloyd Group Executive Pension Scheme (the “Transferor”) has transferred its entire interest in Kings Park Capital I LP B (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number LP012589 (the “Partnership”)) to IPS Pension Builder – V J Lloyd. The Transferor has consequently withdrawn as a limited partner of the Partnership and IPS Pension Builder – V J Lloyd has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
