Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 19 September 2013, MONY Life Insurance Company transferred to Axa Equitable Life Insurance Company all of its interest in the Partnership and that with effect from such date MONY Life Insurance Company ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Axa Equitable Life Insurance Company became a limited partner in the Partnership.
