“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Giles McCarthy, of Netchwood Finance Limited, 5 Churchill Court, Faraday Drive, Bridgnorth, WV15 5BB, (IP No 9452) be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.” At a meeting of creditors held on 24 September 2013 the creditors confirmed the appointment of Giles McCarthy as liquidator.
