THE QUEEN has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 1 October 2013 to appoint Christopher George Nugee, Esquire, Q.C., Stephen Edmund Phillips, Esquire, Q.C., and Miss Geraldine Mary Andrews, Q.C., to be Justices of Her Majesty’s High Court.
