Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 36 of the Partnerships Act 1890 (as amended), that Dr Mahendra Upadhyay retires as a Partner from the Partnership effective 30 June 2013 and that Dr Marcel Auf Den Kamp also retires as a Partner from the Partnership effective 14 May 2013. The Partnership shall continue to operate using the same name and style and under the control of the remaining Partners, namely Dr David Samuel Church and Dr Alan Anthony Woodall.
