• 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
• 2 The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce :-
  • a no waiting at any time opposite No 2 Kyverdale Road and opposite No 91 Amhurst Park to protect existing dropped crossings;
  • b introduce a School Keep Clear marking in Morning Lane to operate (Mon – Fri 8.00am – 9.30am & 2.30pm – 4.30pm) east of the junction with Ponsford Road;
  • c introduce ‘no loading at any time’ in Winchester Place and Birkbeck Mews to mirror the existing double yellow lines;
  • d Convert the shared use bay in Winchester Place adjacent to the public toilets to a goods loading only bay.
• 3 Plans and schedules of the proposed measures can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published in the reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Keltan House, 89-115 Mare Street, London, E8 4RU. • 4 Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order(s) should be sent in writing to the Assistant Director (Public Realm) at the address specified in paragraph 3 above until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
