Notice is hereby given that I, Dilip K Dattani, the Trustee of the above-named debtor, intend to declare a final dividend to the unsecured Creditors within 4 months from the last date for proving specified below. Creditors who have not yet lodged a Proof of Debt in the bankruptcy must do so by 30 September 2013, the last date for proving, failing which they will be excluded from the dividend. Proofs of Debt should be submitted to Dilip K Dattani at RSM Tenon Restructuring, The Poynt, 45 Wollaton Street, Nottingham NG1 5FW and, if so requested by me, to provide such details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it.
