Myanmar Restoration L.P.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that, on 23 August 2013, Sandringham Capital Partners Limited transferred the whole of its interest in Myanmar Restoration L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP 15637, to Myanmar Restoration Advisors Co., Ltd. and ceased to be the general partner of the Partnership and, on the same date, Myanmar Restoration Advisors Co., Ltd. transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership to Sandringham Capital Partners Limited and thereupon Sandringham Capital Partners Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership in substitution for Myanmar Restoration Advisors Co., Ltd.
