Notice is hereby given, as required by Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended), that a Final Meeting of Creditors is to take place.

The Meeting will be held at Hillcairnie House, St Andrews Road, Droitwich WR9 8DJ on 30 October 2013 at 10.30 am.

The purposes of the meeting are to receive the Liquidator’s report of the winding up, and to determine whether the Liquidator should have their release under Section 174 of the Act.

Creditors who wish to vote at the meeting must ensure their proxies, and any hitherto unlodged proofs, are lodged at MB Insolvency, Hillcairnie House, St Andrews Road, Droitwich WR9 8DJ by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the Meeting.

Mark Elijah Thomas Bowen (IP number 8711) of MB Insolvency, Hillcairnie House, St Andrews Road, Droitwich WR9 8DJ was appointed as Liquidator of the Company on 2 December 2011. The Company’s registered office is Hillcairnie House, St Andrews Road, Droitwich WR9 8DJ and the Company’s principal trading address was Broadway, Market Lavington, Devises, Wiltshire SN10 5RH.
