Cornerstone Private Equity II L.P.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, by way of a transfer dated 16 July 2013, Christopher Collins transferred to David Lilley a limited partnership interest (the “ Interest ”) in Cornerstone Private Equity II L.P. (the “ Partnership ”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP014360, and that, with effect from 16 July 2013 David Lilley became a limited partner in the Partnership in relation to the Interest.
