Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act of 1907, that on 29 July 2013 Harwayes Retirement Fund transferred to Leivers Brothers Ltd Directors Special Pension Scheme the interest held by it in the Custodian Capital (10”) Limited Partnership (the “ Partnership ”), a limited partnership registered in England (registered number LP0147862 and that with effect from that date Leivers Brothers Ltd Directors Special Pension Scheme became a limited partner in the Partnership.
