Notice is given that with effect from 1 August 2013 the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Nicholas Green, David Ingram, Colin Winter, Paul Sheeter, Michael Compton, Divyesh Popat, Daniel Ginsbury, Elizabeth Bartle, Benjamin Horack, Sanjay Chandarana and James B Manners under the style or firm name of Ingram Winter Green Solicitors (a firm) of Bedford House, 21A John Street, London WC1N 2BF, has been dissolved and the business transferred to Ingram Winter Green LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (registered number OC386331) with registered office at Bedford House, 21A John Street, London WC1N 2BF.

All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by Ingram Winter Green LLP which continues to carry on the said business.
