Jonathan James Beard (IP No. 009552) and John Walters (IP No. 009315) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of 2/3 Pavilion Buildings, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1EE were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 17 July 2013. Pursuant to Legislation section: Rule 4.54 Legislation: of the Insolvency Rules 1986 a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2/3 Pavilion Buildings, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1EE, on 15 August 2013, at 10.00 am . The meeting is being summoned by the joint liquidators. The purpose of the meeting is resolving not to establish a Creditors’ Committee under Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Fixing the basis for the Joint Liquidators’ remuneration and expenses. The following resolutions are proposed in this respect. The Joint Liquidators’ remuneration be fixed under Rule 4.127 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by reference to the time properly given by the Joint Liquidators’ (as Liquidators) and the various grades of their staff calculated at the prevailing hourly charge out rates of Bebgies Traynor (Central) LLP for attending to matters arising in the Liquidation. The Joint Liquidators’ be authorised to draw disbursements, including disbursements for services provided by their firm (defined as Category 2 disbursements in Statement of Insolvency Practice 9), in accordance with their firm’s policy. A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him and such proxy need not also be a creditor. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proofs of debt (unless previously submitted) and (unless they are attending in person) proxies at the office of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2/3 Pavilion Buildings, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1EE no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting. Please note that the joint liquidators and their staff will not accept receipt of completed proxy forms by email. Submission of proxy forms by email will lead to the proxy being held invalid and the vote not cast.
