“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that John William Rimmer and Peter John Windatt, both of BRI Business Recovery and Insolvency, Unit A, Kings Chambers, Queens Road, Coventry CV1 3EH, (IP Nos: 13836 and 008611) are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, that the Joint Liquidators be, and are hereby, authorised to pay any class of creditors in full and that, in accordance with the provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association, the Joint Liquidators be, and are hereby authorised to divide among the members in specie all or any part of the Company’s assets.”
