PAI Europe IV-B4

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 30 June 2013, Caisse Intercommunale de Pensions transferred 100% of its interest in PAI Europe IV-B4 (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP9991, including its capital contribution of €10.00 and that effect from 30 June 2013, FundPartner Solutions for the account of RP INSTITUTIONAL-PRIVATE EQUITY 2, was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership and consequently Caisse Intercommunale de Pensions ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
