Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 26 June 2013 Wittington Investments Limited transferred to Wittington Investments (BVII) Limited the interest held by it in Bridges Community Development Venture Fund II LP (the “ Partnership ”) a limited partnership registered in England with number LP 011289 and that with effect from 1 July 2013 Wittington Investments Limited ceased to be a limited partner and Wittington Investments (BVII) Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership.
