Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 30 June 2013 Nationwide Private Equity Fund LLC, a limited partner in the Partnership (the “Assignor”), transferred 100% of its right, title and interest in the Partnership Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, (the “Assignee”). Consequently on that date the Assignee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and the Assignor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
