Phoenix Equity Partners 2006 Fund ‘A’

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on 30 June 2013 Compagnia di San Paolo transferred the whole of its interest in Phoenix Equity Partners 2006 Fund ‘A’ (the “Partnership”) to Fondaco Lux S.A., acting in its capacity as management company and for the benefit of Fondaco Lux International PE Fund I, and consequently, on that date, Fondaco Lux S.A., acting in its capacity as management company and for the benefit of Fondaco Lux International PE Fund I, became a limited partner in the Partnership and Compagnia di San Paolo ceased to be a partner in the Partnership.
